Cancellation Policy for all rooms

- All funds are collected at the time of booking. 

- If cancelled within 48 hours AFTER booking, you will receive a full refund. 

- If cancelled between 48 -72 hours AFTER booking, you will pay one night room & tax. 

- If cancelled 72 hours or more AFTER booking, no refund will be given.

1. Parking is available in the driveway, on a first-come-first-serve basis. FREE Street parking is available as well as parking along the Penticton Rose Garden across the street.
2. Please note, this property does not offer a front desk, and will provide Self Check-In Instructions for each reservation. 
3. Any damage or incidentals in the room will be charged to your credit card.
4. Please note that there is no elevator on premises or wheelchair access.

5. If travelling with dogs, ONLY The HideAway Suite & Siesta Suite are dog friendly.
Please note that there will be a $30 Pet Fee added to your reservation
